To give you complete peace of mind about what’s going into your body, here is my promise for every single monthly drop:

A glimpse into my kitchen: exceptional food comes from time, care, and family heritage. Every recipe is built from scratch using fresh-cut herbs, rich broths, and our three-generation family sofrito—prepared fresh the day it’s served.
Clean, real ingredients : I cook with wholesome, local produce, and cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil—never heavy commercial seed oils or artificial preservatives.
Seafood-Free Kitchen: For the safety and comfort of all our diners, our menu of the week is completely free of fish and seafood. Due to the inherent risk of fish bones and the severity of potential seafood allergies, we exclude these ingredients entirely during service to ensure a safe dining experience.

I learned early on that the best meals aren't just about technique—they’re about intention, warmth, and the simple gift of sitting down together.

I’ve spent my life around food—cooking, styling meals, and developing recipes—but at my core, I am just someone who genuinely loves the quiet art of cooking and feeding people. My real education in the kitchen began right alongside my Mamá. Long before I ever cooked professionally, I watched my mother transform humble, fresh ingredients into suppers that made our home feel safe, warm, and deeply comforting. Working with her taught me that there is truly no greater joy than using your hands to care for the people you love.
